Passoni's entire production range is exclusively made to measure

The client's anthropometrical measurements are carefully taken during a visit to our showrooms.
This procedure is much more complex than one would be inclined to think; the Passoni frame project is not just a mere mathematical elaboration of measurements, but a real and true documentation of the characteristics of the cyclists themselves.  

The following aspects are analysed:

• type of routes normally carried out ;
• type of activity (hobby or competitive);
• possible problems regarding posture and trauma as a result of accidents.

The possibility to make modifications for persons with differing abilities.

All the variables are elaborated so that a unique project starts off with the thorough completeness and precision it deserves. In this way we get the development of a comfortable frame, which gives the possibility to achieve maximum utilization. The final result is that each Passoni is the only unique one of its kind in the whole world, with its own number, crafted and finished by hand with the utmost care and precision.
Everything is then sealed and guaranteed by means of a personalised named certificate.

 

Classic or Race ?  

The main novelty for 2008 is the Race line .

Even though each Passoni frame is made to measure, we wanted to clearly distinguish the Classic   line, which uses traditional geometry or slight slooping, from the Race line, characterised by   more acute slooping   (7/8cm), and an incorporated saddle support.
