It was in 1989 that the Passoni adventure began, 19 years of success and continual evolution to place it   among the most esteemed and valued producers of titanium frames in the world.
Titanium is a material that, when worked correctly, proves to be the best solution for producing bicycle frames to be used by cyclists who have reached high performance levels.

Passoni guarantees that its frames are welded without oxygen (hyperbaric chamber) so that there is no risk of the mechanical characteristics of titanium being jeopardised.

Titanium show a   resistance to yield point and breakage, which is in some cases very similar to steel with the added advantage that the specific weight of titanium is inferior and is also highly resistant to corrosion.
Reynolds created differentiated thick tubing along with Passoni specifications that is a sure guarantee that you will get   the maximum quality to be found on today's market..

Passoni uses 3/2,5 metal (9 degrees), except for the central movement unit where   6/4 metal   (5 degrees) is used.
Where the frame undergoes greater strain grade 5 is used, because it is has a more flexible module, which consists in greater rigidity and a higher breakage point.

These solutions together with the applied geometry and meticulous crafting make the Passoni frame extremely reactive and resistant but at the same time very comfortable.
If we also consider that the corrosion factor is by and large zero, we can safely say that   Passsoni is eternal.

All Passoni's   frames are made to measure and frame personalisation (make and client's name) is carried out through a very particular sandblasting process with glass microspheres.  
Another feature that distinguishes the Passoni trade-mark can be seen in the welding and how it has been finished with extreme precision.

In recent years carbon and titanium carbon frames have been added to the Passoni collection.
In this case we use what we feel to be the best high module carbon, which comes from the aeronautic industry (T700HS) and the best building technology. An added guarantee   worthy of our high productive standards.
